How is Rally+ free? What's the catch?
There is no catch. Rally+ is fully funded by our partnership with PaySec, the payment processor built for sports and recreation businesses. When your club processes member payments through PaySec, you get the complete Rally+ platform — every feature, every update, unlimited members — at zero additional cost. PaySec earns a standard processing fee on transactions (comparable to Stripe or Square), and that's it. No hidden fees, no feature gates, no "freemium" limitations.
What does PaySec cost?
PaySec charges a standard per-transaction processing fee on credit card payments, competitive with Stripe, Square, and other major processors. There are no monthly fees, no setup fees, and no long-term contracts. Your club keeps more revenue because you're not paying a separate software subscription on top of processing fees.
What is Network Offset Pricing?
Network Offset is PaySec's interchange-plus pricing model. You pay the actual interchange rate set by card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) plus a small, fixed PaySec margin. This is the most transparent pricing structure in payment processing — no bundled rates, no hidden markups. Most clubs see an effective rate between 1.8% and 2.2%, depending on card mix, average transaction size, and volume. That's typically lower than Stripe's flat 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction.
What if I already have a payment processor?
Many clubs switch to PaySec specifically because it eliminates their separate software bill. Our onboarding team handles the transition — including migrating saved payment methods where possible — so your members experience zero disruption. Most clubs complete the switch in 2-3 days.
Is there a member or court limit?
No. Rally+ supports unlimited members, unlimited courts, and unlimited staff accounts. Whether you run a four-court neighborhood club or a multi-location enterprise, you get the full platform with no usage caps.
Do I need to install anything?
Rally+ is a web-based platform that works in any modern browser — no downloads, no IT department required. Members can also install it as a mobile app directly from their browser for a native-feeling experience with push notifications and offline support.
Can I import my existing member data?
Yes. We support CSV import for member lists, and you can invite existing members via email with your custom club code. Our onboarding team can also assist with data migration from your current system at no extra cost.
How long does onboarding take?
Most clubs are fully operational within 2-3 days. Our team handles account setup, data migration, staff training, and custom branding configuration. You'll have a dedicated onboarding specialist who knows tennis club operations, not a generic support queue.
