We use your information to provide and improve Rally+, respond to your inquiries, send service-related communications, and ensure security of our platform.

3. Data Security

We protect your data with TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. We use Amazon Cognito for authentication with MFA support and maintain complete tenant isolation between clubs.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

We use cloud infrastructure for hosting and service delivery. We use PaySec for payment processing. We do not sell your data to third parties.
