1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rally+, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Rally+ provides tennis club management software including court scheduling, member management, payment processing, and related features. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Rally+. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

6. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. Enterprise plans include a formal SLA with defined remedies for downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rally+ liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
